Besides, customer relations management is also our top priority in order to understand what customers are looking for, such as applications, operating frequency, and space available for equipment etc., so as to achieve enhancement in the spring design and production to suit individuals’ needs. In addition, factories operates day and night and goods are exported weekly around the world from the hub – Hong Kong. The entire production flow is under completely autonomous control for minimised production time to honour our promise of accomplishment of the delivery service within two weeks after the confirmation of orders. Demand for a specific shorter delivery time will be satisfied with all reasonable endeavours.

• Experienced sales and customer service representatives meet up with our clients to understand their wants and give appropriate and professional recommendations for clients’ best interests. Clients can also customise the product design with a blueprint.
• After confirmation of product details, our sales team will offer quotation. A sample product, together with the material certification and the product inspecting report, will be presented to our clients for consideration.
• Comments and suggestions from clients about the sample product will seriously be taken for improvement.
• Mass production and within-two-week delivery will be accomplished following confirmation of orders.
• With a comprehensive after-purchase service, clients can contact our customer service representatives for any inquiries. We are always prepared and ready to answer your concerns.
